TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in giveaways and campaigns operated by Lunizom Company ("we", "us", "our"). By entering, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country. Employees of Lunizom Company and their immediate family may not participate. Where a giveaway is limited to certain countries, only residents of those countries are eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Enter by completing the official entry form for a campaign and any tasks described on that campaign page. One person may submit only one entry per campaign unless stated otherwise. Entries that are incomplete, false, or submitted using automated tools, multiple identities, or duplicate contact details may be disqualified.

3. WINNER SELECTION
Winners are selected at random from valid, verified entries after a campaign closes. Winners are contacted using the details provided in their entry. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable time, we may select an alternate winner. We may verify identity and eligibility before awarding any prize.

4. PRIZES
Prizes are as described on each campaign page and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by third-party couriers, or for any taxes or duties that may apply.

5. DISQUALIFICATION
We may disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or involves fraud, bots, fake data, or attempts to manipulate the entry or referral system.

6. NOT AFFILIATED WITH SOCIAL PLATFORMS
Our campaigns are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other platform. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.

7. LIABILITY
Participation is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunizom Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or from accepting or using a prize.

8. CHANGES
We may update, suspend, or cancel a campaign or these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
